Year 11 Parents Evening

Dear Parent/Carer,

We warmly invite you to attend the Year 11 Parents' & Carers' Evening to discuss your child’s progress as they approach their final examinations and prepare for their post-16 pathways.

This is a critical event in the academic calendar, providing you with the opportunity to meet one-to-one with your child's teachers to review their current performance, identify key areas for revision and support, and ensure they are on track to achieve their potential in their GCSEs.

Booking Appointments

To ensure a smooth evening, we are asking students to arrange appointments directly with their class teachers.

Student Action: Your child will be given an Appointment Sheet by their form tutor to take home.

Parent & Carer Action: Please discuss your availability and provide your child with the specific time block within the 3:30 PM - 6:30 PM window that you are able to attend (e.g., "4:00 PM to 5:30 PM").

Scheduling: Your child will then approach their core and option class teachers to schedule individual 5-minute appointments only within the time block you have specified.

Please bring the completed Appointment Sheet with you on the night of the event. This system allows your child to take ownership of their schedule and ensures you only attend when you are available.
