Year 11 GCSE Results Day 2026
Dear Student
I am writing to inform you of the arrangements for GCSE Results Day on Thursday 20 August 2026. Results will be available for collection from school between 8am - 11am.
Prior to the day, all students will need to complete a post-16 destination form. As a school we have a responsibility to track student's intended next steps in education, training or employment and this information will be shared with the local authority.
I ask that the form is completed prior to results day to ensure there is no delay in receiving your results.
On results day, please arrive through the student entrance and proceed to the outer restaurant area. On entry you may be asked to complete a post-result service form which will be required for any review of results. Results can then be collected from staff who will be based in the restaurant. We are more than happy for parents to attend with you.
If you are unable to come in to collect your results in this time frame, you can ask someone to collect them on your behalf. You should write a letter/email stating this and either send it into school before results day or it can be brought in on the day. The person stated in the letter/email should bring along proof of identity, such as a Driving Licence or Passport.
